Creio que a partir do 1.3 vai dar pra jogar de novo.



Geralmente tem que esperar 2-3patchs de 2-3patchs.





O melhor pra jogar atualmente é Europa Universalis IV (Single player ou MP) ou Hearts of Iron 4 (Multiplayer só)
