[AJUDA] QUE PORRA É ESSA?

Caros Hangarianos, tudo bem?



Eu comprei um headset Logitech G430 para usar no meu notebook Dell Inspirion Gaming.



O Headset pode ser utilizado como 2.0 (por meio da entrada P2) ou 7.1 (com um adaptador USB). Para o funcionamento do 7.1 deve ser instalado um software da Logitech.



No 2.0 eu consigo usar o fone sem problema algum. Todavia, quando uso no 7.1 o PC trava todo. Tem vezes que eu não consigo abrir jogo algum.



Eu não sei o que acontece, mas parece que o software da Logitech entra em conflito com algum dispositivo de áudio da Dell e buga todo o note... Eu não consegui achar nada parecido com esse problema na net...



Alguém faz ideia do que pode ser?? Alguém teve problema com softwares de áudio da dell??



Qualquer ajuda é bem-vinda, pois comprei o fone justamente para usar o 7.1.

Fone com 7.1 é uma bosta, sem brincadeira.



É uma emulação por software bem xexelenta.



Anyway, tenho um Logitech G533 que também tem "surround" virtual, e consigo usar sem problemas, não uso pq acho ruim mesmo.



Mesmo no meu note que é Acer e também tem umas paradas de som, não dá pau nenhum qdo ativo a parada.

It's sad to hear that you are not able to install the Logitech Gaming Software for your G430 Surround Sound Gaming Headset. I'm more than happy to help you with the concern.

I suspect that there's an application or driver conflict that is causing the installation issue. Please try a silent installation of the Logitech Gaming Software by following the steps below.


Download and save (do not run) the exe file of the installer into your "DESKTOP".
Once downloaded, hold the Windows key down on your keyboard, tap the R key to show the Run box.
Type in CMD, then press OK.
This will open up a DOS-style command prompt box.
Type in CD DESKTOP and press Enter(this will move the current command prompt location to the user's desktop).
Type in "applicationname.exe" followed by a space, then /A, then a space, then /S, --- like this: LGS_8.83.85_x64_Logitech.exe[space]/A[space]/S, then press Enter (caps-sensitive for the /A and /S flags).

If the issue persists, try installing the Logitech Gaming Software while the PC is on

and the g430 is disconnected.
