Nossa varias lutas boas nesse evento... Nada absurdo, mas lutas com boa qualidade sim...

Várias lutas do undercard estão interessantes, gostaria de ver a luta do PT, a do kendall grove, morango...

Acho que vai ser um evento bom, bem melhor que o último, uma pena que o brockzilla não vai lutar. E compartilho a opinião do Rise, preferiria que colocassem o baroni no undercard e colocassem PT no main event (afinal, até agora só colocaram pedreira pro rapaz, primeiro koscheck, depois fitch, e agora era pra ser pitbull mas se machucou), mas isso seria quase impossível, baroni é veterano de ufc, não iriam colocar a volta dele no undercard.

Eu disse que Hazelett x Karo seria a melhor luta da noite, esqueçam. Dana Wite acabou de soltar:



- “Karo Parisyan has FUCKED over the UFC, the fans and his opponent again! He will not be fighting Saturday or ever again in the UFC!”



Karo não vai lutar mais, segunda vez que na véspera do evento ele fala que não vai lutar, aí não dá, Dana explodiu e a cabeça dele vai rolar. Uma pena porque o karo em forma e com a cabeça boa é um puta lutador, mas passou por muitos problemas recentemente, dentre eles sindrome do panico, aí fica complicado.

Não disse que não haverá boas lutas, só acho que não tem nenhuma luta que faça você acordar naquela vontade tensa de assistir, tipo um lyoto x shogun, minota x couture, etc. Tito x o grifo da floresta como main event, depois do grifo ter tomado aquela sova do AS, nem anima.

Updated: UFC 106: Karo Parisyan vs. Dustin Hazelett Called Off



This news comes directly from the big boss man, Dana White via his Twitter account. Apparently, the fight between Karo Parisyan and Dustin Hazelett has been canceled. Dana’s tweet also tells us that Karo will never fight in the UFC again. There are no details just yet about what Karo did to get the fight canceled.

Karo Parisyan has f*cked over the UFC, the fans and his opponent again!!! He will not be fighting saturday or ever again in the UFC!!

UPDATE: It looks like there will be no replacement for Dustin Hazelett as Dana White confirms he will receive his show and win bonus.

Dustin will be paid his full purse to show and win. Its not his fault.

UPDATE 2: MMAWeekly has spoken with Karo who commented on the cancellation.

There’s a lot of problems going on. They won’t re-license me unless I (expletive) pay them. I had to pay the $32,000 fine in order to fight. I never paid because I never had the money. I don’t know if I’ll be able to come back…Everything is over bro. I’m just going to go home. Everything is (expletive) up. I’ve got to think about what I’m going to do for my career.

UPDATE 3: MMA Fanhouse spoke with Keith Kizer, the executive director of the Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC), regarding Karo’s comments on the $32,000 fine.

That reason makes no sense to me. That’s inaccurate. He understood that we would be taking that money out of his purse and he would be walking away with either his fine paid in full or he would walk out at the end of the night with half his fine paid, so it was no issue with the fine whatsoever. He and I had worked out a good solution to it. I’m not sure why he pulled out of the fight at all.

MMA Fanhouse has also reported that Karo was scheduled to make $40,000 to show, and $40,000 to win.

UPDATE 4: Dana White has also announced that Dustin Hazelett will be paid his full purse, as well as his win bonus.

Não é porque o Griffin foi humilhado naquela luta pelo AS que ele nao possa fazer boas lutas.

Eu te entendo, o card nao está la essas coisas, porém nao tem como casar essas "lutas espetaculares" sempre.



Existem varios fatores, como as contusoes por exemplo, alguem comentou aí que dos 5 campeões apenas BJ nao está machucado.



E tem a questao tbm que... Ortiz vs Griffin vai dar mta audiencia nos USA.
